History of Chicago Help

Chicago HELP STD Educational Support Group is a 501 (c) (3), not-for-profit organization. We have been in the Chicagoland area for over 25 years providing education, support, and resources.

The Chicago HELP mission is dedicated to education, support and resources about STD's to individuals, communities and Health care providers. Chicago HELP supports the American Social Health Association's (ASHA) National STD Action Plan by bringing the National STD Action Plan locally to educate four key communities:

• general public
• patients
• health care providers
• policy makers

Our Mission Statement: To offer education, support and resources to individuals with an STD and to health care providers who care for those with STDs.
